About me
I am a postdoctoral researcher at GSI Helmholtzzentrum fur Schwerionenforschung in Darmstadt, specializing in neutron star mergers (NSMs). My primary area of research is the analysis of gravitational waves (GWs) emitted in the inspiral and post-merger phase of NSMs. To achieve this, I carry out large-scale hydrodynamical simulations of NSMs in numerical relativity. I am also actively involved in the development of faithful templates for the GW emission of NSM remnants, employing analytic models or machine learning methods.
